With nearly 20 years of hands on experience and education I provide each individual I work with a unique healing experience. I enjoy working on any project in between the head and the feet, but specialize in head and foot work. Each session is an opportunity to address what you may be healing from on that particular day or continue managing chronic conditions. I will utilize my hands, massage tools, and topicals as needed.

- in 2019 and 2022, traveled to Thailand to study Thai massage and Thai Reflexology
- In 2024, traveled to Bali to study massage techniques
Offering Transparent Rates
The duration of the booked appointment is the amount of hands on time for the appointment. For example, a 60 minute massage is equal to 60 minutes of hands on time.
There is no additional charge for massage tools or topicals used. They are considered part of the experience.
Gratuity is not included in the rate of service, but not necessary. If you choose to add gratuity, it is sincerely appreciated.

The head and foot of the massage table are adjustable for those that have difficulty lying flat.
The table height and temperature are also adjustable.
